You know you are in the south when... You order iced tea at the only sushi restaurant in the Outer Banks and they ask you if you want sweet tea. It wasn't just any kind of sweet tea... it was sweet GREEN tea. Yum!

The wave caught Tristan! Ouch. Tristan says: "I caught better waves sitting on the couch playing Gameboy."
SpongeCory Squarepants and friends entertained us with a spirited YMCA dance at Kitty Hawk Kites.

Our Tuesday night entertainment: The Sandy Mountain Boys played "beachgrass" music (bluegrass and beach tunes) at our favorite restaurant, High Cotton. www.highcottonbbq.com (We ate here twice during beach week -heh.)
